Term 1

Term 1 of the CAPS Grade 11 year covers: Exponents and surds, equations and inequalities (completing the square, quadratic inequalities, simultaneous equations, nature of roots), and Euclidean geometry (circle theorems).

The tests and examinations below assess this work, each paired with its memorandum where available. Write the paper under timed conditions before looking at the memo, mark yourself honestly, and redo the questions you lost marks on a few days later — that second attempt is where the learning happens.
