Grade 12 — Technical Mathematics

Technical Mathematics is designed for learners at technical high schools, connecting mathematical theory to the workshop: algebra, functions, trigonometry, analytical geometry, and calculus with an applied, technology-oriented focus. It follows the same two-paper examination structure as Mathematics and keeps the door open to engineering-related studies at TVET colleges and universities of technology.

The papers and worksheets below are organised by term. As with Mathematics, the highest-return habit is writing full past papers under exam conditions and marking against the memorandum — paying special attention to the applied questions, where interpreting the practical context correctly is worth as many marks as the calculation itself.
